PCCR

PCCR stands for Plan for College and Career Readiness, formally know as SEOP. This is a process students begin in 7th grade and continue with every year until they graduate from high school. It involves an annual meeting with their counselor where school achievement, goals, strengths and challenges, opportunities available in high school and beyond, and any personal concerns are discussed.

8TH GRADE PCCR’S

Parents, you are invited to your 8th grader’s Plan for College and Career (PCCR) meeting.  We will cover information regarding high school graduation, an overview of scholarships, and career interest.  Please sign up for a 15-minute session through Skyward scheduling.  We will be holding these meetings during the month of November, with some evening appointments available.

To schedule your meeting, go to Conferences from your Skyward Family Access.  Choose All Conferences from your school counselor (Bills, Barson, Law, or Yardley), and a time you wish to attend.   Then press Save.

To prepare for this meeting we have created the below video covering the basics of High School graduation requirements, and College and Career Preparation. Please watch the video before attending to have a more in-depth and specific discussion with your student’s counselor.
